Confirm that access reached the correct TradingView account
Invite-only TradingView scripts are granted to a specific TradingView username. The email used for Whop and the TradingView username are not necessarily the same. Follow the current Start Here instructions and submit the exact username shown in the TradingView profile. If access was recently granted, refresh TradingView and check the Invite-only Scripts area in the Indicators menu.
Do not share a password or API credential with support. A support request should include the TradingView username, purchase email, tool name, and a screenshot that does not expose sensitive information. Account access can take time if a username was entered incorrectly or the wrong TradingView account is open.
Add the script from the correct library section
Open the Indicators, Metrics and Strategies dialog and choose Invite-only Scripts for premium tools. The free Chop Detector Zones script can be found through its public TradingView listing. Search the exact product name. If the script was previously added, remove the instance and add it again after confirming access.
Check whether the tool is an indicator or strategy. Strategies can display in a different context and add Strategy Tester information. A hidden or collapsed pane can make the script seem absent even though it is loaded.
Check visibility, scale, and chart compatibility
Open the object tree and confirm that the script and its plots are visible. Review Style and Visibility settings. A plot can be disabled for the current timeframe, assigned to an unexpected scale, or visually obscured by another overlay. Reset the script settings if a saved template created an unclear combination.
Use the documented chart type. MtnSkyAlgo’s specialized strategy scripts specify regular candlesticks, while the QFS and Void Protocol Bands tutorial uses Heikin Ashi for its directional view and regular candles in a companion chart. Verify symbol, timeframe, session, and data source.
Rule out browser and platform state
Save the chart, refresh TradingView, and reopen the layout. Test a private browser window with extensions disabled if the interface is malfunctioning. Clear only site-specific cache when appropriate, and avoid deleting layouts until they are backed up. Check TradingView’s service status if multiple features fail.
TradingView plan limits can restrict the number of indicators on a chart or the availability of certain timeframes and features. Remove an unused script and try again. Mobile and desktop layouts can also display panels differently, so test the web or desktop version when diagnosing.
Send support a reproducible report
If the tool still does not appear, provide concise evidence rather than account credentials. State what you expected, what happened, and which checklist steps were completed. This helps support separate an access problem from a chart-setting or platform issue.
