Complete account access before mobile setup
Invite-only access is tied to the TradingView account, not the device. Confirm the correct username through the current MtnSkyAlgo Start Here process, then sign into that same TradingView account on the phone. Refresh the app and look for Invite-only Scripts in the indicator browser. Public scripts such as Chop Detector Zones are found through the public library.
Do not share passwords, device codes, or screenshots that expose payment or authentication information. If support is needed, provide the username, script name, device type, app version, and a redacted screenshot through Discord or Whop support chat.
Design a mobile chart instead of shrinking a desktop chart
A desktop template with several panels can leave too little room for price on a phone. Decide which one or two conditions need continuous visibility and move secondary information to another saved layout. Keep the symbol, timeframe, price scale, and candle type visible. Avoid tiny labels and color combinations that become indistinguishable outdoors or at low brightness.
Use landscape orientation when reviewing a detailed chart, but do not depend on orientation for critical information. TradingView plan limits still apply. Remove unused indicators rather than stacking duplicates that compress the chart.
Save and synchronize templates carefully
Create a named mobile layout and confirm that it saves to the correct account. Cloud synchronization can make templates available across devices, but an accidental edit on mobile can also change the shared layout. Duplicate an important configuration before experimenting. Record the script version and settings outside the chart if the setup is important.
Mobile and desktop interfaces may place settings, object trees, or panes in different locations. A script can be loaded but hidden behind a collapsed pane or disabled visibility rule. Check the object tree and style settings before concluding that access failed.
Let alerts reduce screen dependence
Alerts can reduce the need to watch a small chart continuously. Name each alert with symbol, timeframe, chart type, and condition. Confirm phone notification permissions, battery restrictions, focus modes, and TradingView settings. Test delivery while the app is closed and while the device changes networks.
A notification can be late, duplicated, suppressed, or based on an unfinished bar depending on configuration. It remains analytical information, not an order or guaranteed opportunity. Open the chart, verify context, and apply independent judgment.
Know when to move to a larger screen
A phone is useful for alerts and quick review, but detailed setup, backtesting, multiple synchronized charts, and long support work can be easier on desktop. Choose the device based on the task rather than forcing every step into mobile.
- Use the same authorized TradingView account.
- Build a simplified mobile-specific layout.
- Keep symbol, timeframe, candle type, and price scale visible.
- Save templates before experimenting.
- Test notification permissions and delivery.
- Protect credentials and redact screenshots.
- Use desktop for complex testing when appropriate.
