Discord Server Rules

Effective Date: September 2, 2026

These Rules apply to every free and paid Discord area operated by CipherTrades L.L.C. d/b/a MtnSkyAlgo. They also apply, where relevant, to interactive community, support, testimonial, comment, upload, and event-chat features on https://mtnskyalgo.com and https://ciphertrades.com. The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Risk Disclosure and User Agreement are incorporated.

1. Eligibility, Accounts, and Access

You must be at least 18, at least the age of legal majority where you live if higher, legally capable of accepting the governing documents, and authorized to use the account and access.

Use only one eligible account unless the Company approves otherwise in writing. Do not share invitations, roles, credentials, licenses, purchases, or paid access.

Do not evade a ban or restriction, create replacement accounts, impersonate another person, or use multiple accounts to manipulate access, moderation, promotions, voting, or MSA Rewards.

Keep account and connected-platform information accurate. Notify staff promptly of a compromised account, unauthorized access, impersonation, or security incident.

1A. Membership and Discord Role Labels

The "Premium Member" role ordinarily identifies Users authorized for premium-package areas. For current recurring offers, Premium, MSA Premium, VIP, Premium Member, VIP Member, upgrading to Premium, upgrading to VIP, and similar wording describe the same paid-member access category unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise. The "Free Member" role ordinarily identifies Users authorized for free community areas and does not include premium-package access unless separately granted.

Role labels control Discord permissions but do not establish payment, expand an applicable offer, create a separate product or entitlement, change access duration or renewal terms, or override Company and Sales Channel records. The Company may assign, correct, replace, or remove a role to reflect authorized access, account status, security, enforcement, or technical administration.

An eligible Legacy One-Time Access or Complimentary Lifetime Access User may receive the Premium Member role to reach premium-package areas but does not become a recurring Subscriber merely because the Premium Member role is assigned. Access remains governed by the applicable offer and the Terms of Service.

2. Safety, Scams, and Impersonation

A direct message, friend request, profile, role name, or display name is not proof of Company or staff authorization. Do not provide money, credentials, authentication codes, brokerage access, seed phrases, private keys, remote access, or control of a trade or account based on a message. You are responsible for verification and account security. Report suspected impersonation, phishing, scams, suspicious links, or compromised accounts.

3. Respectful and Lawful Conduct

Treat members, guests, contractors, and staff professionally. Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, sexual harassment, doxxing, stalking, targeted abuse, extortion, graphic or unlawful content, intimidation, retaliation, and conduct that materially disrupts the community are prohibited. Channel context does not excuse prohibited conduct.

Do not facilitate crime, fraud, evasion, unauthorized financial services, money laundering, hacking, credential theft, sanctions evasion, intellectual-property infringement, or conduct that violates Discord, applicable law, or another platform's rules.

4. Privacy and Sensitive Information

Discord is not a private communications system. Discord and authorized Company personnel or tools may retain, review, moderate, or disclose content under their policies and legitimate support, security, enforcement, and legal needs. Do not post information you cannot lawfully share or expect to remain confidential.

Do not post payment-card data, passwords, authentication codes, brokerage credentials, government identifiers, health information, seed phrases, private keys, exact account numbers, precise balances, or detailed personal financial records. Do not expose another person's personal, confidential, copyrighted, or private information without authority. Removal by staff cannot guarantee deletion from Discord systems, caches, notifications, downloads, recordings, or screenshots.

5. No Spam, Solicitation, or Unauthorized Direct Messages

No spam, flooding, mass mentions, malware, deceptive links, unsolicited advertising, affiliate links, recruiting, self-promotion, mentorship sales, competing products, paid services, fundraising, or commercial solicitation without prior written staff permission. Do not direct-message members for sales, investing, signals, account management, recruitment, loans, crypto transfers, or services. A public interaction, reaction, or shared membership is not permission to solicit.

6. Accuracy, Performance Claims, and Market Integrity

Do not make false, deceptive, exaggerated, selective, or unsubstantiated claims about profits, win rates, account growth, risk, drawdown, product performance, credentials, affiliations, or regulatory status.

Clearly distinguish fact, opinion, hypothetical or simulated results, and personal experience. Do not present simulated results as live, actual, typical, guaranteed, or independently verified.

Do not omit material losses, fees, leverage, deposits, withdrawals, risk, compensation, or relevant time periods when a statement would otherwise mislead.

No pump-and-dump activity, coordinated manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, front-running, insider trading, misuse of material nonpublic information, or requests to manipulate price, volume, markets, or members.

All trading discussion is general education. Do not claim to represent the Company, manage member funds, provide individualized advice, or possess a license or authority you do not have.

7. Channels, Instructions, and Moderation Cooperation

Use each channel for its stated purpose. Follow channel notices, pinned messages, onboarding requirements, slow mode, event rules, security instructions, and lawful moderator directions. Do not derail support, evade filters, manipulate reactions, abuse commands, interfere with bots, obstruct an investigation, destroy requested evidence, or encourage others to violate rules.

8. Intellectual Property and Paid Content

Do not record, copy, screenshot for redistribution, repost, publish, sell, leak, share, reverse engineer, decode, scrape, archive, train a model on, or create a competing or derivative product from paid Content, scripts, alerts, livestreams, recordings, charts, downloads, documentation, invite links, roles, credentials, or access. Do not use unauthorized bots, scrapers, automation, or screen recording. Public visibility does not grant a license.

9. Support Analytics and Monitoring

Message content, replies, reactions, commands, and limited metadata available to the Company in Company-operated areas may be processed by authorized tools as described in the Privacy Policy to identify FAQs, setup issues, onboarding friction, documentation gaps, feature requests, aggregate trends, abuse, and safety concerns. Do not post sensitive information in a Company community.

Ordinary messages are not automatically marketing testimonials. Monitoring does not create a duty to review every message, detect every violation, respond within a particular time, preserve content for a User, or prevent every harm.

10. Testimonials and Marketing Permission

A message becomes an authorized marketing testimonial only when deliberately submitted for promotional use or otherwise authorized. A testimonial must be truthful, based on first-hand experience, and disclose any free access, discount, reward, payment, affiliate relationship, or other material connection. The Terms of Service controls the marketing license and prospective withdrawal process.

11. MSA Rewards Conduct

No automation, exploit, collusion, false check-in, multi-accounting, balance manipulation, transfer laundering, or evasion of cooldowns, streak rules, limits, or eligibility requirements.

Points have no cash value and may not be sold, bartered, collateralized, advertised for exchange, or transferred outside authorized program functions.

Use any enabled transfer only for legitimate, noncommercial purposes. Staff may restrict, reverse, suspend, investigate, or disable transfers.

Store items, point prices, check-in amounts, bonuses, grace periods, inventory, limits, and availability may change prospectively. Rewards remain subject to verification and fulfillment.

Staff may correct errors, freeze or adjust balances, reverse activity, cancel redemptions, revoke rewards, or terminate access for fraud, abuse, technical error, nonpayment, chargeback, or any governing-document violation.

11A. Giveaways and Prize Conduct

Company Giveaways are no-purchase random promotions governed by the Giveaway Official Rules and the applicable Giveaway Notice. Paid and free members receive equal odds for the same permitted entry. Unless a Giveaway Notice lawfully states a narrower group, entrants must be legal residents of the fifty United States or District of Columbia, at least eighteen (18), and at least the age of legal majority where they reside if higher. A person outside that eligibility area may be unable to receive a prize even if GiveawayBot permits an entry interaction.

Use only one person and one Discord account per Giveaway. Do not use alternate accounts, bots, scripts, purchased or borrowed accounts, collusion, identity or residency misrepresentation, reaction manipulation, command abuse, or another method to obtain additional entries or odds. Paid membership, purchase, payment, points, streaks, and customer status do not improve the odds.

A GiveawayBot selection creates only a potential winner. The Company may verify age, residency, identity, account ownership, entry compliance, and other lawful eligibility criteria; require a timely response; disqualify a potential winner; and reroll or select an alternate. Do not impersonate a winner, falsify verification, interfere with GiveawayBot, or harass staff or another entrant about a result.

Prizes are subject to the Giveaway Notice, availability, law, platform requirements, and the governing documents. Unless stated otherwise, prizes are nontransferable, have no cash or refund value, and may not be sold. A free lifetime or complimentary one-time access prize means Complimentary Lifetime Access to the current premium package while the Company continues offering and supporting it; one-time describes the award and not a single login, session, or use.

Discord, GiveawayBot, API, network, database, moderation, or human error may affect a Giveaway. The Company may pause, correct, cancel, rerun, or modify a Giveaway when reasonably necessary to protect fairness, security, legality, or administration, subject to applicable law. The Giveaway Official Rules control additional eligibility, winner, tax, claim, substitution, release, and dispute terms.

11B. Prop-Firm Deals and MSA PropBot

The prop-firm-deals channel and PropBot are informational conveniences, not recommendations or endorsements. MtnSkyAlgo is not affiliated with or sponsored by a listed prop firm and currently receives no compensation from displayed PropBot codes or links. An independent code owner may receive compensation. Confirm the firm, final price, code, restrictions, expiration, and complete terms directly at checkout.

Do not submit unapproved referral links or codes, represent yourself as acting for MtnSkyAlgo or a prop firm, claim a deal is guaranteed, or use the channel to solicit members. Do not interfere with PropBot, flood commands, evade cooldowns, exploit errors, submit false promotion data, or attempt to access administrative commands, source evidence, credentials, or private operational records.

Promotions and prop-firm rules can change without notice, and bot or API data can be stale, incomplete, or wrong. A timestamp is not a warranty. Trading and prop-firm evaluations involve substantial risk, and each User is solely responsible for investigating and dealing with a third party.

11C. MSA NewsBot and Futures Planning Utility

NewsBot is currently a paid-member feature, PropBot remains available to free members, and the Futures Planning Utility is currently free. Do not bypass role or channel restrictions, share paid access, permit another person to use an account or role, or falsely claim entitlement to a restricted bot, channel, or command. Access classifications may change prospectively under the Terms of Service.

Do not treat a NewsBot event, time, result, alert, or impact label as an official notice, complete calendar, recommendation, prediction, trade signal, or guarantee. Information can be preliminary, delayed, stale, incomplete, revised, omitted, duplicated, misclassified, or wrong. Confirm material information through the linked official source and another reliable current source before acting.

Do not interfere with NewsBot; flood commands; evade permissions, cooldowns, or channel restrictions; exploit an error; submit false event information; impersonate a source; or attempt to access tokens, credentials, administrator commands, source evidence, databases, logs, or private operational records. Do not scrape, copy in bulk, republish, resell, sublicense, or create a competing feed from NewsBot output except with the Company's prior written permission or as nonwaivable law permits.

The Futures Planning Utility is an arithmetic educational aid, not advice or risk control. Users must verify calculator inputs and outputs, current contract specifications, costs, margin, and order settings with the applicable exchange and broker. Do not represent an output as guaranteed, submit sensitive account information through Discord, or encourage another member to trade solely from a bot or calculator result.

12. Trading Risk and No Reliance

Community, Website, and social-media discussion, charts, alerts, screenshots, examples, livestreams, broadcasts, clips, and posts are general education and may be delayed, wrong, incomplete, hypothetical, outdated, or unsuitable. Do not copy another person's trade. You alone are responsible for every order, position, account, and loss. The complete Risk Disclosure and User Agreement applies, and the Public Trading Risk Disclaimer provides an additional warning for free and public Viewers.

13. Enforcement, Evidence, and Remedies

Depending on seriousness, urgency, history, intent, evidence, and impact, the Company may remove content; issue guidance or a warning; restrict channels, commands, or direct messages; mute or time out; remove roles or access; adjust rewards; suspend; permanently ban; revoke licenses; preserve evidence; report conduct; or pursue any contractual or legal remedy. Action may be immediate, permanent, and without prior warning where necessary for security, fraud, harassment, impersonation, intellectual-property protection, unlawful conduct, platform compliance, or community integrity.

Enforcement may rely on available logs, messages, screenshots, recordings, transaction data, account relationships, platform records, reports, and other evidence. The Company has no obligation to disclose confidential reports, investigative methods, staff deliberations, security information, or another person's data. Failure to enforce one violation does not waive a rule or require identical outcomes.

Removal, suspension, or termination for nonpayment, fraud, platform action, misconduct, security risk, or violation does not create a refund, credit, extension, replacement, or compensation right except where nonwaivable law requires otherwise.

14. No Appeal Right; Discretionary Review

No User has a contractual right to an appeal, hearing, explanation, warning, progressive discipline, evidence disclosure, or reconsideration. The Company may review or change an enforcement decision in its sole discretion without creating a duty, precedent, course of dealing, or right to identical treatment. A request for review does not stay enforcement or override Discord's independent action.

15. Changes and Continued Participation

The Company may update these Rules prospectively by posting or otherwise making an updated version available through a Website or Company-operated community. The update is effective on the date stated in it, subject to any additional notice or consent that nonwaivable law requires. Continued participation after legally sufficient notice constitutes acceptance to the maximum extent permitted by law.
