This Public Trading Risk Disclaimer ("Public Disclaimer") is provided by CipherTrades L.L.C. d/b/a MtnSkyAlgo ("MtnSkyAlgo," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") for every person who watches, reads, hears, accesses, or receives public or free Content. It is a risk warning and informational notice. It is not an offer, solicitation, recommendation, individualized advice, or promise of results.

1. Scope and Public Audience

This Public Disclaimer applies to all free or publicly accessible livestreams, broadcasts, recordings, clips, videos, posts, captions, comments, chats, charts, screenshots, examples, demonstrations, interviews, profile pages, links, and other Content made available by or for the Company through https://mtnskyalgo.com, https://ciphertrades.com, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, Twitch, Discord, TradingView, Linktree, or any current or future media, streaming, community, or social platform.

It applies whether the Viewer is a customer, prospective customer, follower, subscriber, community member, guest, or casual viewer, and whether the Content is live or recorded, public or restricted, free or paid. Passive viewing alone is not treated as contractual acceptance where applicable law requires more, but every Viewer should read and act on these warnings before making a trading decision.

2. General Education Only; No Individualized Advice

All Content is general educational and informational material. It does not consider any Viewer's objectives, finances, holdings, experience, tax status, risk tolerance, liquidity needs, or circumstances. Nothing is individualized investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, brokerage, commodity-trading, or fiduciary advice, or an offer, solicitation, recommendation, instruction, or invitation to buy, sell, hold, or enter any instrument or transaction.

3. Substantial Trading and Market Risk

Trading can produce rapid and substantial losses. Leverage, margin, assignment, expiration, liquidation, gaps, volatility, illiquidity, spread, slippage, latency, rejected orders, exchange action, broker action, financing, taxes, outages, data errors, and cybersecurity events can materially change outcomes. Options may expire worthless. Short-sale losses can be unlimited. Some futures, forex, cryptoasset, and leveraged-product structures can produce losses greater than the initial deposit. Digital assets may be permanently lost through fraud, hacking, custody failure, private-key loss, smart-contract defects, stablecoin depegging, forks, or regulatory action.

4. Hypothetical, Simulated, Backtested, and Historical Results

Hypothetical, simulated, backtested, paper-traded, optimized, reconstructed, or model results do not represent actual trading. They may use hindsight, selected dates, favorable parameters, assumed fills, continuous liquidity, survivorship, reinvestment, omitted costs, ideal execution, or information unavailable in real time. Actual results may differ materially because of fees, commissions, spread, slippage, latency, financing, taxes, liquidity, market impact, position size, account restrictions, rejected orders, data differences, and changing market conditions. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

5. Indicators, Scripts, Alerts, Scores, and Model Risk

Indicators, scripts, alerts, charts, scanners, scores, ratings, labels, percentages, tables, and other analytical outputs are aids only. They are not order instructions, probabilities of success, win rates, profit forecasts, guarantees, autonomous account management, or recommendations. Signals can be early, late, false, duplicated, omitted, revised, repainted, recalculated, delayed, or unsuitable for a symbol, timeframe, market regime, account, platform, or trading style.

Use of terms such as AI, algorithmic intelligence, confidence, strength, bull, bear, or similar branding does not represent predictive certainty, human-like intelligence, a particular machine-learning architecture, or achievable performance. Output-detection, performance, and statistics tables may use simplified tracking and may omit overlapping positions, realistic order sequencing, intrabar movement, slippage, commissions, spread, market impact, rejected orders, or a same-bar target and stop.

6. Livestreams, Social Media, and Third-Party Content

Livestreams and social-media Content are time-sensitive and may be incomplete, delayed, mistaken, outdated, abbreviated, or taken out of context. A presenter may hold, later trade, or change a view about an instrument without notice. Silence is not advice, and no person has a duty to update every prior statement. Comments, chats, guest statements, member posts, and third-party content are not verified, adopted, or endorsed merely because they appear near Company Content.

Prop-firm deals, coupon codes, links, and PropBot outputs are time-sensitive third-party promotional information provided for convenience only. The Futures Planning Utility, also described as the SL/TP calculator, performs arithmetic only from User-entered values and built-in or custom contract specifications. It does not receive live market or margin data, inspect an account, monitor positions, place orders, or account for every fee, commission, spread, slippage amount, fill, gap, broker or exchange rule, margin change, tax, outage, or loss beyond a planned stop. Inputs, specifications, formulas, rounding, and outputs may be outdated, incomplete, unavailable, or wrong.
